KBK Links: #NeverGiveUp Edition

As most (if not all) of you know, yesterday Diana Nyad finally accomplished her historic Cuba-to-Florida swim. At 64 years of age, she swam for 55 hours straight, a feat of both great athleticism and great mental tenacity.

I like her “3 rules” and think they apply to us all, whether we swim or not, whether we’re old or young, whether we do endurance or power athletics (or none at all): 1: We should #NeverEverGiveUp 2: You’re #NeverTooOld to chase your dreams. 3: It’s #NeverASolitarySport … it’s a team.

May today’s links inspire you to make smart decisions that get you closer to your long-term goals.
